Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, WASOWC 2020 and many other conferences had to adopt virtualization options. As such, this event will be fully realized online only.
- WASOWC 2020 will be a fully online event and anyone could participate and watch presentation for FREE.
- To be able to join events, participants should download Zoom client.
- Please follow these instructions to install and use Zoom.
- Keynote and invited talks and paper presentation will be pre-recorded followed by live Q&A sessions.
- You will find symposium schedule in brief program and detailed program pages.
- All information about symposium along with abstracts of presenting papers can be found in WASOWC2020 Booklet.

Preparing and Uploading Your Online Presentation File
- Authors should prepare a PowerPoint presentation file including the most important ideas of their paper. The recommended number of slides is 15-20.
- Slides should include a reasonable combination of words, images, and graphics. Authors are suggested to avoid including too much text in their presentation file.
- A presentation file should be recorded with the presenter’s voice narrating on the slides. The recording may also contain a small headshot of the presenter while narrating on the slides. Follow these instructions to add audio (and optionally video) to your slides.
- To submit your video presentation file, please send an email to WASOWC2020gmail.com with the following information no later than November 11:
- Email Subject: Article ID (for accepted articles), Title of the Talk (for Keynote and invited speakers)
- Email Body: Presenter name, email, biography and a profile photo.
- A link to the presentation file: You can use Google Drive (recommended), Dropbox, WeTransfer or any other service exposing a public link.
- Notes:
- The biography should be between 200 and 2000 characters.
- The photo should have at least 1024×768, with a ratio of 3/4. Higher resolution photos are recommended.
- The presentation file should be in .PPT format.
- File name should be your article ID (i.e. A-10-##-#) (for accepted articles only)
- The video should not be longer than:
- Accepted articles: 10 minutes.
- Keynote and invited speakers: 20 minutes.
- At least one of the authors must be present at the live virtual session to answer questions.
